By doing this, GMod will remove all of your subscribed workshop items from your Library. Then, select the “Unsubscribe” option at the top of the list. Next, click on the checkbox in the upper-left corner of that list to select all the items. Under this tab, there will be a list of all your subscribed workshop items. Once in your Library, switch to the “Addons” tab. You can do this by clicking “Library” at the top of the window on the main menu of the game. To unsubscribe from all workshop items in GMOD, you first have to access your GMod Library.
